FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1) Does the nose wire hold its shape?

• Yes, the wire bends and stays in shape. There is a small gap between the nose and face and gap. Use adjusters to tighten & secure it onto face so that it stays in place.

2) How many layers does the mask have?

• Each mask is constructed from two layers with an opening for a filter. Even without a filter, CON.STRUCT masks pass the candle test, successfully highlighting the prevention of transferring particles.

3) What filters do you suggest for the mask?

• Recommended filter is PM2.5 with dimensions 12cm/4.72in by 8cm/3.14in. Fits perfectly at the center of mask.

4) How do I keep my adjuster from falling off?

• Loop the strap and tie a knot behind the adjuster to prevent it from falling off. If it falls off, use a bobby pin or paperclip to loop the strap and pull it through.
